To the eyes straw yellow with just hints of greenish reflections; the nose releases hints of fruit and wildflowers; savory and fresh on the palate with a characteristic very distant bitter aromatic vein that changes due to the presence of a residual sugar. Perfect as an aperitif and very suitable for all appetizers and fish dishes. Also ideal for the whole meal.
