Obtained from selected grapes of Spergola, that is the Bianco di Scandiano which studies attribute close ampelographic relationship to Sauvignon; plus the same Sauvignon and Trebbiano di Spagna rigorously cold-vinified. Thanks to its dry taste, always harmonious, it is perfect as an aperitif but also excellent as a companion for the whole meal. It is also suitable for all delicate fish dishes, appetizers and typical dishes of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
