Still red wine with an intense ruby red color. Good body, with not overwhelming tannins. Aromas of ripe red fruit. A versatile but intense and young wine, suitable for many combinations; certainly red meats, grilled and roasted, cheeses, especially seasoned but also spicy ones; snails, pork in general and the dairy one in the oven; but many other combinations suit it considering its immediate and frank drinkability. Ideal temperature: 14 ° -16 °

This wine is made with the cryomaceration of the “submerged cap” grapes thus favoring the extraction of color and aromas. A slow alcoholic fermentation at a controlled low temperature follows, until the malolactic fermentation is triggered. Aging in steel vats for at least a hundred days precedes bottling.
