Dry sparkling Lambrusco, with a characteristic bouquet, having the requisites most suited to the controlled origin. Ruby red in color, its flavor is dry and with the right and characteristic acidity, harmonious and without harshness. Fine and with an evanescent foam, thanks to its natural effervescence it goes well with all the "cult" dishes of Emilian cuisine: cold cuts, lasagna, tortellini, etc. One of our finest productions, without added sulphites.
